Award-winning agency with clear processes and strategies that work. Team members are gifted PR pros and enthusiastic about delivering high quality work. That standard comes from the top. Everyone's opinion matters; everyone is client-facing and given the opportunity to do stretch assignments. Inclusive and welcoming of all types of people.

Cons

Expect to work hard. Account loads are higher than ideal.

Pros

There's so much to do, so you won't run out of things to waste your time on.

Cons

It's way better for your career and mental well-being to avoid working for Bospar. most, if not all, employees in this company are miserable and unhappy. The management here is awful and does not care about the employees at all. You will be bombarded with unreasonable amounts of workload, and you'll be forced to work for extended hours without any consideration for your mental and physical health.

Pros

As someone who has been around the block, I'm pretty impressed with what I see. I never do something in a vacuum. There's always some positive feedback ("Thanks") or a quesiton about how someone can lend a hand. There is little appeltite for the typical agency cattiness. No one is mean. Everyone is trying to be the best.

Cons

Every client expects the moon or more. And the leadership team doesn't push back. Or rarely. They are always trying to make the impossible happen and that can be a little impossible for the rest of us.
