Pros

All appearances lead to this being a great firm, good healthcare offering

Cons

Bospar is clearly going out of business or will be forced to become a boutique agency as the multiple layoffs indicate. The fake positive Glassdoor reviews and faux enthusiastic social media posts are jarring — and immediately seen as disingenuous to current employees and recruiters alike.

Interesting clients and the ability to choose a swim lane of technology to focus on. Great benefits including comprehensive healthcare. Very smart and creative leaders and coworkers. Remote first work culture. Values driven.

Cons

Account loads are staggering. You’re expected to be accessible at all times.

Bospar always works with interesting, succesful clients in various industries, such as information technology, cybersecurity, fintech, insurtech, martech, healthtech, cleantech, human resources, consumer tech and government. The company has teams that specialize in content, PR, media and analyst relations, social media and marketing. Bospar provides great opportunities in all those areas of specialization. The colleagues, culture and diversity are great.
