Pros

There's a lot of brain power at this fully remote agency and you can absorb a lot of it in short order if you can keep up with the fast-paced environment. Bospar will give you the foundational building blocks to be a true PR pro and set you up well for your career, but its 'trial by fire' spirit requires an entrepreneurial mindset and desire and willingness to want to do great work.

Cons

While high-performing workers are regularly rewarded and promoted, you can girlboss a bit too close to the sun. Overachievers can end up with more duties as great work tends to beget greater responsibilities.

Pros

You're empowered to be creative, break the mold, and drive initiatives. If you’re willing to spend the time and do quality work, opportunities to lead and run with projects are there for the taking. Working with such smart, creative, fun, and driven colleagues across the board. Fresh, exciting work for mostly terrific clients, from Fortune 500 and SMBs to VCs and startups. Helping these clients find success, while staying true to their core products, value, and mission, amid hype, brings a great feeling of accomplishment. You can choose your strengths and interests with respect to verticals and client tech/products — and stretch into others if you want to do so. Exploring new technologies and learning. For example, digging deep into AI use cases, apps, and tools — what's real and what's vapor. The CEO is extremely driven — and truly brilliant. If you actually listen to and read carefully what he says and watch him in action, even smart, polished professionals will learn a lot. His instincts and accumulated knowledge are pretty extraordinary. The entire leadership team is impressive and approachable. There are many opportunities for regular, honest feedback. It is taken to heart. You’re always free to offer constructive observations. I’ve been here for four years and am not shy. It’s safe to offer thoughtful critique, but you should also offer solutions — as is standard professional practice. While there’s a necessary organizational structure and reporting lines, it’s a relatively flat and open organization. The benefits are exceptionally good and the salaries are strong.

Cons

PR is fast-paced by its nature. That isn’t unique to Bospar. There can be a lot happening at one time. Prioritizing is key. The company is working on work-life balance and that’s important to do.

Pros

We have such incredibly creative folks on our team and their proactivity is above. There are opportunities to work in a variety of industries and you can carve your own path when it comes to focusing on areas that interest you most. Love the WFH, fully remote policy -- it is so freeing on so many levels, better for raising kids or caretaking elders, plus it's better for the environment and makes traveling and visiting family so much easier!

Cons

Work-life balance can be elusive as you are on call at all times, but this is typical of agencies. WFH really helps ease the painpoint!
