      Pros

      Bospar is the best work experience you can find in PR. Leadership is invested in every employee and actively makes the effort to upskill staff. For anyone who wants a long-term career in PR, not at least considering Bospar would be doing yourself a disservice.

      Cons

      Bospar is fully remote. For most this is a benefit, but for those looking for an in-person office, it could be a challenge.

      Pros

      Such a refreshing work environment. Everyone has a passion for what they do no body slacks off, and compensation is plenty fair. Work is fairly distributed and PTO is given regularly. The principals are wonderful people who care about their employees well being and career development. 10/10 work recommend working for Bospar if you're a seasoned PR professional or new to the industry.

      Cons

      While they give plenty of time to get the hang of day-to-day operations, sometimes it seems like senior executives and account managers don't necessarily have the time to "make nice" with entry level employees.
