Pros

Monthly wellness plus phone and internet stipend if you're okay with these...

Cons

What employees need is a raise and not another company perk to cover for the harsh, brutal, and stressful work we do! Management as well as the CEO don't realize how ridiculous it is giving us free stuff when what we need is cash!!

I'm sorry to hear you're struggling. Feel free to schedule a meeting with me this weekend or anytime that works for you next week. Or, if you would feel more comfortable speaking with someone else, please check in with Jessica in HR, your manager, or another person in leadership. I'm sure we can work this out. - Curtis

Interesting clients and the ability to choose a swim lane of technology to focus on. Great benefits including comprehensive healthcare. Very smart and creative leaders and coworkers. Remote first work culture. Values driven.

Cons

Account loads are staggering. You’re expected to be accessible at all times.

Pros

Bospar has been an absolute game-changer for me—both personally and professionally. As someone with a growing family, I can say with full confidence that this is the best place to work if you’re a parent. When Bospar says they support new moms, they mean it. It’s not just about emotional check-ins (though they do those too)—they understand that babies bring financial responsibilities, and they’re mindful and generous in how they support you through it. The leadership is everything you’d hope for: accessible, non-toxic, smart, and genuinely invested in your growth. In my 15+ years in PR, I have never learned and grown as much as I have here. They help you sharpen your strengths, challenge you in the best ways, and recognize your wins—loudly and proudly. There’s zero office politics or drama. Just great work, mutual respect, and a team that cheers each other on. I’m obsessed with how good this team is. And the flexibility? It’s real. We’re fully remote, and truly supported in that model. If I say I’m underwater or having a rough day, I have 10 people reaching out to help—you will not find that anywhere else. If you’re looking for a place where you can thrive professionally and still be fully present for your family, this is it.

Cons

Bospar is a fast-moving environment with incredibly high standards. You’re expected to bring your A-game, think strategically, and move quickly. It’s not a place where you can coast—but if you’re someone who thrives on growth, challenge, and doing work that actually makes an impact, you’ll love it here. The bar is high, but so is the support.
