After hours call outs then work next day

If I could rate this company lower I would. I started in a shop by myself after all the past technicians had quit. it was pretty much abandoned for months. I worked hard to try to make the shop something from nothing. Brought in a buddy to help with work flow. We were promised a lot (raises, job security, bonuses) and only very few things actually came true. I EARNED my raise, but if you ask my regional manager his words were "we pretty much gave you that raise for nothing". Me and my buddy got all the old equipment functional from the previous employees leaving it a mess. We cleaned it up and tried to make the shop something a driver would want to come to. The outside lights don't even work to illuminate the big "boss truck shop" sign. We tried to get management to do something about lack of work flow with advertising and other ideas. We asked about the lease for the shop as it was Pilot's property and the regional ensured us it was "all good". Fast forward to today, we have brought this shop as far as we could being boots on the ground. We were given a 2 week notice that our doors were closing and we could be promised a position at a further located shop. They have not come to us with an offer, they don't even really speak to us employees when they (they meaning corporate employees) stop by. I had plans of leaving this company to pursue another with more on the job training to better my knowledge in the industry and was offered a pay bump and talked to about their "training program" they were in the process of creating. So I stayed, and this is what I'm repaid with. I don't miss a day, I'm always early and staying late for the drivers because I love to help them out. The money was decent but no amount of money can suffice for lies and a BS corporate management in a company.
