I worked as a Behavioral Technician at BBLC, and it was truly a life-changing experience. The supervisors were incredibly supportive, provided comprehensive ABA training, and were always available to answer questions and offer guidance, so I always felt confident and prepared. One of the most rewarding aspects of the job was having direct interaction with both clients and their families. I truly got to know the people I was working with on a personal level. Additionally, I had the opportunity to work with children from diverse backgrounds, which made the work even more meaningful, especially for someone passionate about reaching underserved communities. The team’s dedication to delivering individualized, high-quality, and attentive care really was evident every single day. Overall, BBLC genuinely celebrates every bit of client progress, and it was an absolute honor to play a small role in the work they do.

Flexible work schedule and great onboarding process. As well as a friendly work environment. The BCBA's were great and supportive. They provided well-rounded training and many opportunities to grow/learn.
