2yHello and thank you for leaving a review. BBLC has several systems of support embedded including clinical mentorship and support to all BCBAs by experienced Directors. These occur in peer group meetings lead by our Directors, and in one-to-one individual meetings every month. We also have an amazing HR team, as well as an executive team that is always willing to listen and help. I hope you considered leaving feedback at your exit interview, but if not, don't hesitate to reach out with any concerns you may have.
