      Pros

      Great Benefits: $5 healthcare is hard to beat. It's the best healthcare I've ever received.

      Cons

      -Awful salary, especially for the amount of work they expect -Management has no where for you to go so expect to be in this role for over 2 years before you go from Admin I to Admin II -Stretch projects are a joke and are additional work for no pay. -Hardly any diversity in Upper Management. Almost all the black people, women and people of color work at the bottom with the exception of a few people.
