Pros

BCG offers great pay, good development opportunities, regular feedback from managers and career counselors, and lots of responsibility from Day 1. Lots of smart people.

Cons

Though it is par for the course in the industry, the travel and long hours are easily the most difficult part of this job. There is also a lot of stress given the tight timelines and high expectations.

Opens doors to many future career options. Very smart colleagues that you can learn a lot from. Excellent benefits and pay.

Cons

Can be long days with lots of travel and limited control over personal time off, though that improves over time.

I love working here, great career growth opportunities and excellent work culture. I have made close-knit relationships with many of my colleagues.

Cons

The hours can be long and the recruiting can be tough at times, but it's all worth it in the end.
