      Food in the kitchen, health and dental benefits, multicultural environment

      No opportunity to grow Micromanagement: you can't do anything without asking the permission of management (even going to the bathroom), initiatives are unwelcome, avoid going beyond your role Admin staff considered as stupid: managers openly despite their work and competences Low pay, very low pay Bonus based on criterion that have nothing to do with your performances

      Amazing learning opportunities, voted 'best to work for' for years in a row now, great comp structure (no healthcare premium for example)

      Cons

      work/life balance obviously - this is a consulting job after all. Depending on the project and leadership, you will work an effective 50 to 80+ hours/week, with most probably around 60 hours. Note that self-training, expense report and travel are on top of that
