      smart people, oftentimes fun projects (but also terribly boring ones too)

      long sometimes unpredictable hours makes work life balance tough

      Pros

      - Steep learning curve on all dimensions, from soft to hard skills - client mgmt, communications, project mgmt, analytics, etc - Exposure to multiple industries/functions and the way the business world works - Working with really smart and talented people that are very driven - It's honestly a career-changing experience

      Cons

      - Work-life balance is very challenging to sustain, especially on travel cases. Most people leave after 2 years.

      Pros

      People, culture, cool cases! Everything is just really well laid out and super professional. You don't need to worry about anything other than doing well in your job - it is all taken care of. Also great focus on personal development.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult to get staffed on the cool cases. I.e. staffing attempts to take your preferences into considerations, but at times client needs / BCG needs get priority.
