      Never get bored: you're always working on non-routinary projects, with personal responsibility to create value for clients.

      Cons

      Constant work schedule unpredictability will affect your personal life (e.g. very difficult to commit for dinners / weekends out)

      Good perks but different treatment for BST

      Great health insurance, surrounded by intelligent people, fun perks

      Cons

      BST (support staff) and consulting staff are treated very differently in an obvious way. Pay is extremely low compared to market value and wage increases are minimal, even for promotions.

      great people, interesting projects, good working culture and healthy environment. would definitely suggest to friends/other people to apply to this great firm.

      Cons

      long hours, can be pigeon holed in an industry that you are not particularly fond of - and the expectations are high. hard to move internally and get staffed in different industry.
