      Pros

      Very smart peers, high impact work, opportunity to work on a variety of projects, incredible exit opportunities, great pay. You'll overall learn a tremendous amount, working with some of the smartest in business.

      Cons

      Very long and unpredictable hours, very fast pace, sometimes political. Overall, be ready to work very hard, with a great deal of last minute / very fast moving work.

      Pros

      I think that BCG offers good training and great business exposure. It is very easy for the employees to get strong connections with real business world.

      Cons

      You have to take the long working hour. Travelling is far more frequent than other types of jobs. It is not easy to keep the balance between work and family life.
