Pros

- Interesting projects - Great people to work with - A lot of responsibility quickly - Good compensation - Continuously forces you to develop - Great exit opportunities

Cons

- Very long work hours at times (i.e. 80+ hours at it's worst) - Very intense work throughout the days - rushing between meetings while cranking out analyses - Not always possible to keep weekends free (although they are 90%+ of the time) - Lack of flexibility for vacation (i.e. can only take vacation during specific weeks in winter and summer) - Sometimes forced to do non-value creating work due to politics

Pros

Hardworking atmosphere Prestigious Good benefits Working hours are up to you to choose High concentration of smart people at one place

Cons

Sometimes I don't understand giving the preference to sb even though it would not be necessary. I would call it trifling disputes which is hardly understandable in consideration of BCG being offciially one of the best place to work in with an emphasis on non-discrimination.
