      - Intellectual challenge & growth - Great team experience, colleagues smart and also fun - Extremely high exposure to senior decision makers - Some projects have great, tangible impact - Salary, working conditions, support - Fast, transparent career progress

      Cons

      - Working hours (altough my personal experience has been manageable) - Frequent travel - Unpredictable workload, projects, work locations - Some projects can be political, meaningless
