      Very interesting projects, constant opportunities to learn and grow, fantastic colleagues, nice office, good salary

      Cons

      No work/Life balance. Under the excuse of putting the client first working hours are often ridiculous. All nighters and work on week-ends are common. Taking days off is made difficult.

      Very good exposure, strong responsibility, great team with strong leadership and excellent work. Intense fast life and steep learning curve, surrounded by very skilled and motivated colleagues.
