      Very good company interesting projects difficult challenges. Long work hours excellent people, love my co workers. I think that is about it.

      lots of international opportunities, opportunities to take career in different directions

      Cons

      A bit behind the curve when it comes to technology and frameworks used in-house. Massive gap between what is sold to clients and how things are run on the inside of the company. Lots of autonomy for managers (good), but when things go wrong nothing will keep them in check and this can end a person's career in the company. Surprising lack of diversity and understanding in US offices compared to Europe/Asia
