      A big name, good from salary and benefits point on view.

      Cons

      Too much politics and people focused on their personal interests. The majority of the people I know at BCG are fighting to get high in the hierarchy (get senior titles) and once they get there the next thing in their mind is to reach the next level (without actually bringing any value in the current position). Many times the only way to actually do something in this company is by escalation. So much behind with the IT infrastructure. The CIO of this company is constantly promising changes, but the only things he does is to change managers and chaotically assign tasks.

      Pros

      Liked the managers and team across the offices in the region. Good variety of projects and interesting problems. Opportunity to interact with senior management.

      Cons

      Limited choice between projects. Heavy travel can be exhausting. Incentive system not geared towards maximizing intellectual honesty, but rather, satisfying clients, at least in the short term.
