      Pros

      Best welfare system to encourage us to work in comfortable working environment. I found here very delightful due to their RA communication. You can learn fast on how strategic consulting industry is comprised of and what you can do to develop yourself. I was with my seniors very closely to talk about the career and their working environment. I was with the team where all the team members were together to work in client space to experience and communicate.

      Cons

      The workload was often the most stressful point. Sometimes I left my office at 5 am and came back right away.
