      Get ready to be sent to the middle east

      Learning opportunities, great people in general

      Cons

      Travelling is almost impossible to avoid, and being sent to the middle east for longer or shorter periods is almost a certainty if you are employed in Milan. Meritocracy is really soft, the bonus have been squeezed in general this year.
