Pros

Great benefits, fair salaries, decent work/life balance compared to other consulting firms. Highly energetic, relatively young partnership group keeps it fresh.

Cons

Like all consulting jobs, there is still a good amount of travel. Path to partner involves luck as much as success.

Great place to learn

Pros

Steep learning curve. Responsibility pushed down as far is it can go. Respect for good ideas (and acceptance of the occasional bad one). Flexibility to manage your own schedule. Huge variety in the work you do.

Cons

It's a lot of hard work, and it creeps into the weekends far too often. Otherwise, it's a pretty great place to work.
