Pros

Great set of people, they truly care about you. Will create the opportunities to allow you to succeed. Also very open and transparent about how things are done.

Cons

Consulting in general can mean too much variability. Sometimes, you end up working on projects that are not as sexy. Also new teams for each project means you work with a new set of people, and try to get used to their styles.
