      Growth: we’re outpacing the industry handily, and suspect will be #1 among MBB soon Exposure: C-Suite or C-Suite +1 level problems across multiple industries / companies that you will never get exposure to at such a young age if you were an insider Culture: The people are really like family. I will probably cry when I leave Work: the most interesting work with the smartest set of people

      W/L balance. Be willing to sell your soul. We’re a company full of people who used to be interesting (no time for past hobbies)

      Incredibly brilliant and caring colleagues, stimulating and challenging work even on the non-consulting side, amazing training and development opportunities, full tuition reimbursement for certificate and degree programs, unparalleled medical benefits.

      Cons

      As applies to non-consulting roles: stagnant career, below-market base salary, distinct differentiation between consulting and non-consulting staff in opportunities and benefits (e.g. unpaid leave with preserved medical benefits is available to consulting staff only). As applies to all staff: parental leave could be increased to 6 months, as offered by leading professional services and tech companies.
