Pros

Global reach, good people but very poor management. Health coverage is excellent. Contributions to retirement fund is high.

Cons

Completely Incompetent global services procurement management team. High turnover, the organization is definitely going downhill very fast. Very poor vacation policy, annual raises are below cost of living and the bonus structure is a complete joke.

Pros

Unmatched benefits, people who are motivated to be excellent every day, collaborative teaming and a meaningful mission.

Cons

1 - Consulting and business services are two different worlds and BST is clearly the ugly stepchild. 2 - Diversity and Inclusion is a joke. They put it all on the people of color to drive the diversity agenda in addition to their actual jobs. It’s a lot of talk and no action unless you’re on
