      Good visibility and fast growth, but can be soul crushing

      Pros

      Good visibility, you participate on a very senior level meetings early on, doing (sometimes) interesting projects, grow (relatively) fast

      Cons

      Sometimes it is soul crushing. Also compensation is quite low for this level of commitment, if you live in a big city, can't save much. And it becomes less and less attractive from one year to another, as more and more benefits are being taken away. Consulting isn’t what it used to be 10–15 years ago.
