Pros
lovely coworkers, nice office space to work in, management isn't too micromanage-y, room to learn for early career people
Cons
BCG heavily deprioritizes their expert track and BST staff (ie. anyone not on the consulting track), and it bleeds into metrics and promotions. Hard to make a case for promotion when metrics are low due to the nature of the practice area or because your hours are the first to be cut when there are budget issues.
