      The work can be really interesting Two way feedback culture Strong affinity groups Some great people to get to know Amazing exit opportunities

      Cons

      Horrible work life balance (literally putting evening dinners with family and friends on my managers calendar) Very little intellectual curiosity- for a company and field that pride themselves on learning every day you use surprisingly little skills. Constant slide making and focus on appearance not content

      High impact work, very intelligent, credentialed, and well-connected coworkers, early leadership opportunities, great exit opportunities

      Cons

      Toxic, extremely cutthroat / competitive “up or out” culture, absolutely zero work-life balance. No effort being made to improve work-life balance given that there is always another Ivy League kid with a 4.0 waiting and willing to take your place
