      Never get bored. A lot of smart people. No-nonsense. Value creation focus. A lot of interesting ideas.

      Cons

      Too decentralized with a lot of redundancies. Should centralize some initiatives without losing entrepreneurial spirits.

      Cons

      Cliques, terrible work life balance for the salary, management do not care about your well being. If you fall into the right “clique” you are fine, but if you don’t, watch out! Not a healthy work environment.

      Be very ware of having a foreign manager

      Beautiful office and location. Great benefits. Employees generally do like working here.

      Cons

      Very concerning when issues arise with foreign managers. Management will not seek to provide proper assistance/support. Only out for themselves. Upper management/HR does not seek the full story of situations and will only work to protect the company/upper management. Do not take a position if your manager is based in India. Generally horrific management from that side.
