      - No shortage of interesting technical work - Fun company culture - Great WLB with summer Fridays, no on-call requirements, and no meetings outside of core hours - Pay and benefits are pretty good

      Cons

      - Recent layoffs bring leadership’s decision making ability into question, and also came with some benefit cuts - Substantial growing pains transitioning from research to product development, but things seem to be slowly-but-surely maturing
