      Great benefits and pay Cool product Leader in robotics Looks great in resume

      The company does not have a good process for rolling out successful programs in the hardware and operations side. Roles and responsibilities are vague. Internal communications are chaotic. This is an in-person company, don't go remote or they will try to manage you out. Limited upward mobility

      - Great coworkers. Seriously, amazing engineering, product, management. - Great problem space: client <-> server <-> robot is way more interesting than client <-> server.

      - The bar for achievement is super high, so it's harder to get noticed.
