      Great workplace at the time, but growing pains point to uncertain future

      Pros

      + Great people + Great collaborative culture, pretty much anyone is just a DM away + Great camaraderie among the technical staff, with everyone from technicians to roboticists getting along + "Fun vibes"

      Cons

      As the company shifted more towards productization, the "BD magic" started fading. Work started getting less interesting and more people problems started arising. For roboticists, one of the biggest problems was the amount of "interesting problems" available started dwindling. I heard about cases where new hires were promised some cool awesome role, but showed up to much more mundane work (e.g. burning down tech debt, writing tests, etc.).

      Pros

      Extremely fulfilling and exciting job if you enjoy both travel and robotics. Product, project and team managers are all superb.

      Cons

      The company is growing quickly and this can result in some friction and require occasional extra work to fill in gaps
