      Pros

      Never worked for a company with an executive leadership teams that cares as much about their employees as Boston Dynamics. The Engineering teams have a great culture and attitude of making exceptional robots. Even better the HR team is one of the best I’ve ever worked with for promoting change, cultural adoption, and talent acquisition.

      Cons

      Rapid growth always causes growing pains. The rate at which the management addresses the seam bursts is telling about the overall organizational health.

      Pros

      Company is growing both in terms of personnel, resources, and capacity as it ramps into a production environment from a purely R&D one. The transition is not without headaches but overall I feel as though the company outlook is extremely bright and that one day those headaches will have been very much so worth the effort to overcome. The people here are incredibly bright but very wiling to teach and engage with employees who are early into their professional careers. The perks such as free food and an on site gym are also pretty big pluses.

      Cons

      No place is perfect, neither is this one. The org is undergoing rapid change and that can be difficult at times but hopefully one day it proves worth it.

      During my time there were some changes to the payment system because of the company growing that caused confusion and a lot of anger for some employees
