      Hard Work but Strong Comp and Added Days off

      Summer 2022 BD gave summer Fridays off to let folks recharge- people took it seriously and enjoyed the time off (few emails, etc). Strong compensation- salary, bonus, and retention grants.

      Stressful because systems are challenging to use and there is a lot of pressure to grow.

      Culture is friendly, hard working, intelligent, and the hours are very reasonable. Perks are pretty good

      Cons

      The fast paced growth means it struggles a little bit as a commercial company selling a product. It has been getting better though.
