The people are incredible. Smart, thoughtful, and love to talk shop.

Cons

Churn is high about 25%. Even worse after the reduction in force of 2024 leading to many people inheriting multiple roles and longer days for no extra pay, not to mention none of those people have been recognized- their performance only normalized as upper management aims to hire more young blood.

Revolving door... technology is not state or the art single access actuator...other companies are using multi access actuators... Good engineers get bored and leave...not so good ones stay...
