      Pros

      Boston Dynamics invented its segment and has been a leader in its space. Work-life balance is good as the company has "summer Fridays" with 4 day weeks in July and August. If you are not a remote employee, the perks are OK.

      Cons

      Leadership from CEO to mid-levels is amateurish, lacking in the "professional manager" quality. This is due to the Boston location pulling from a talent pool that has "New England village mentality." With Boston Dynamics's lead in the market shrinking, scarcity mindset has taken over the company, leading to middle managers who protect their fiefdoms rather than pull for the good of the company.

      Bad free food and some brand recognition?

      Cons

      A research lab pretending to play engineering company. Burning money because no one is trusted outside of a handful of individuals (you won’t know who till it’s too late). Secret meetings where you will not be present but the unanimous decision is made you’re. Also you won’t be informed even though they’re al clueless, so they’ll try and throw more money at a problem that was completely avoidable. TOTAL smoke and mirrors on YouTube and Americas Got Talent. A research lab that will die and blow incredible money in the process. I’m serious…do. NOT. Engage. You’ve been warned. It seems cool and flashy but it’s a shiny object that will ruin you.
