      Pros

      Of all the companies I have worked at so far, and that list includes some other great ones, the caliber of the people at Boston Dynamics is tops. Not only that, but people appear to have checked in their egos at the door, as well - there is a supportive and non-blaming culture that pervades the place. The robotics work is cutting edge and impressive.

      Cons

      The company is trying to transition from an R&D oriented to a product oriented company, and this is causing some growing pains. Some processes and tools are immature. As well, there is a general dearth of people who have launched successful product in their past lives.
