      Pros

      They paid well for the position I was offered. Higher than most hospitals for similar roles. The group I worked with was friendly, hard-working, and humble. Including management. (I know it's not always the case) My opinions were valued and my work appreciated. (This is again situational)

      While I saw there the liaison role was fully remote but transitioned to hybrid even though there was no need for us to be on campus.

      Pay is competitive with possibility of sign on bonus

      Cons

      Productivity centered, not patient centered. Little, if any, support for getting patient vital signs, calling pharmacy, assisting with other non-productivity based tasks that lower productivity. No collaboration or team work. Very low morale.
