      Pros

      Pay well, Free Medical Insurance and matching 403. Love the union environment; just wish the union was more involve like they was. My co-workers was a plus-they helped BMC feel like home.

      Cons

      When management is harassing you I feel the hospital superiors is not there for you and they turn a blind ear to your complaint. Management can get away with things and its not looked into, especially when they state retaliation will not be tolerated.

      Pros

      As the largest safety net hospital in the Northeast, BMC offers a great, diverse patient population to do really great clinical work. You really get the sense of helping patients with great needs that may have be turned away from other hospitals due to their insurances or other factors. Everyone that works here is very mission focused and really invested in assisting this population

      Cons

      In the clinical social work department in psychiatry, little room for advancement. Great clinical experience, great staff, great mission, no room for growth
