Pros

The staff (for the most part) in every department are wonderful people who will truly make you enjoy your work there. Working at a huge hospital like BMC can be difficult, but considering the populations that are primarily served there, it is worth every second because you are truly making a difference in your work. I had overall positive, wonderful experiences with everyone here.

Cons

HR can be a difficult process, but it's a hospital, so that's to be expected.
