      Pros

      I worked in the finance department as an intern and had a great experience. The people were friendly, they pay was solid, and the products BSC makes genuinely make a positive difference in people's lives.

      Cons

      I found working the 8-5 in the same office at the same desk Monday through Friday a little tedious, at least at this point in my career. Departments are a bit disconnected as well.

      Great support for employees just starting out, great benefits and work environment. Positive attitude of everyone, great culture for engineering. Big support for learning and intellectual development

      Cons

      It is a big company so there is that proverbial ceiling you hit when wanting to advance your career. Not much room for variable work as an engineer.

      Pros

      Name recognition within respective accounts. Quality of our products is second to none. Salary is fair to good for the level of work we do.

      Cons

      Senior management could improve. New product pipeline has slowed partially due to internal issues but also due to FDA regulations getting more rigid.
