      Pros

      Boston Scientific is in a good industry and offers a solid benefits package.

      Cons

      The IS Organization treats their employees poorly, quite frankly. You will never work so hard, deliver more results, and receive so little credit in the time you work there. There is a lack of appreciation for the unique value that every individual brings to the table. The IS organization had approx. 20% attrition through voluntary and involuntary terminations in 2010. A lot of great IS employees have left the building.

      Pros

      Great friendly people, high performers, dedicated professional. Great products and reputation in the market. Fairly autonomous in the ability to run your own business, well it used to be anyway !

      Cons

      Getting tighter anf tighter everyday with my immediate manager making poor business decisions that are costing the Company. Lots of talk about employees, but payscale going backwards for the last 5 years in line with the share stock value !
