Pros

good family work balance. Professional atmosphere. Good work experience to put on a resume. Good for a first job. Nice people.

Cons

Low pay. Very little internal promotions. Recently cut bonus from 15 to 10%. Impossible to get full bonus. They expect you to "volunteer" and offer to do extra work.

Cutting edge technology. Being a part of healthcare. Supporting physicians and nurses. Decent work/life balance. Good pay. Generally good people working there.

Cons

Senior management doesn't seem to care much about employees, except salesforce. Marketing definitely takes a back seat to sales. While medical technology is cutting edge, everything else moves at a snail's pace. Bad location.

Great place to learn about medical device industry and FDA regulations

Cons

You're expected to work at least 60 hours/week at a minimum, work/life balance is non-existent, managers are looking out only for themselves, they will mistreat you just to make themselves look good and macho. Not much in terms of new products in pipeline, a stagnating environment overall.
