Ego Driven, Terrible Communication, Lacks Culture

Pros

The company is growing at a fast pace. Feel free tonic is a popular item.

Cons

Company is growing, but layoffs still happened. It's very ego driven especially the white males that run the company. Get ready to be stabbed in the back. ZERO communication and culture. Micromanagement galore. No trust by management. Your ideas are meaningless. You must be a yes person to be successful. You will be thrown under the bus CONSTANTLY, and never thanked for the work you do. It is a cover your butt mentality. No 401k, medical plans are awful, no proper HR to care about the people.

Thank you for your feedback. We continually evaluate our employee benefits to stay competitive and support our team. As of June 1st, we now offer a 401(k) plan with a 4% company match. Additionally, we’ve introduced a parental leave policy to provide employees with time to bond with a new child. Most recently, we significantly increased our contributions to employee insurance plans, covering a larger percentage of the total cost.

Pros

The growth rate is astounding, and it's great to be on a highly motivated, winning team. People recognize and love the products. Fun to see people like Joe Rogan and Wyatt Cenac taking shots of feelfree on the podcast. Smart and savvy leadership in a challenging, always changing category. You won't get bored, I promise.

Cons

A complex business. Team should celebrate more of the wins, instead of just focusing on the next big milestone. Internal communications could be better, but the company is still figuring things out. It's intense and constantly changing and improving. This is not for everyone, especially those who don't have a stomach for hard work and accountability.
