Toxic culture and no raises for three years

Pros

No pros. The company was doing okay before Thoma Bravo acquired it.

Cons

Employees haven't rececievd any increement in the last 3 years. Only more work has been awarded to them. The culture is mainly about blaming each other and no support from other teams. The company is heavily understaffed. Management's only focus is on cutting down operational cost as much as possible so that they can sell the company by next year.
