      Laid-back workplace, not pressurized like other dealerships, they give you the tools to make money, room for advancement.

      Long hours, slow months bring low pay, you're discouraged from taking time off

      Process orientated, corporate structure, decent training offered for sales and F&I. Some opportunities to advance.

      Cons

      Under pays management team, limited training and resources. Once you are in management you are just a number to corporate. They work you up until you burn out and just put another figurehead in your place.
