Very informative and useful training program. Solid Pay Scale, Perks, and Benefits. Access to largest inventory of cars in Wisconsin Leadership team had years of experience behind them.

Cons

Larger sales force reduces the pool of customers available to you. Be prepared to prospect. Must rely heavily on other sales consultants to learn the operations of your location.
