      Pros

      Nice co-workers and customers are usually pretty fun to deal with. Can make a decent living while getting to drive great new cars.

      Cons

      Pretty boring at times...especially during the winter months. Some managers talk down to customers and strain the relationships. Promote their friends to positions.

      Very family focussed. Nice people work in the group. It is run by corporate office. You work hard for the company and you will be rewarded financially. Very loyal to long term employees.

      Cons

      Long Hours that can take up family time. Vacation time does not match the long hours you work every week.
