      Pros

      Not a whole lot to say but Target Training was great excellent instructors. Large inventory of vehicles. Ticket giveaway, lunch on Saturday.

      Cons

      Long hours, Poor training other than target training, Sales Managers act unfriendly unprofessional, who don't really care about the employees and customers who buy only about dollars, and aren't customer friendly.

      Great environment to work in. Good pay. Great management. Issues are resolved as quick as possible. Any requests are met in a timely manner.

      Cons

      Corporate is too big. Too many people in charge. Everyone seems to step on each other or run over someone else's decision.
