Pros
Not much to talk about. They are suited for distribution well - that is were the company energy goes.
Cons
The company is sitting on very old passive and some active technologies with no vision to change and transform. The management is looking in money saving every day. They have no real backbone engineering structure and they don’t listen as well. Very short term goals oriented management. They claimed that they were a diverse company but the reality was different. They run the company with old facilities from the 60s. The Bourns family people were nice but the president and the VPs were no good for a competitive market and ever changing world.
